AKL is a much-loved and widely read publication, offering an ideal – and, in our opinion, unrivalled – opportunity for advertisers to reach a targeted audience in the Kirkby Lonsdale area.
We print 1900 copies of each issue (10 issues per year, to include bumper July/August and Dec/Jan publications) which are hand distributed through a local volunteer network to all homes in Kirkby Lonsdale and surrounding villages (Barbon, Casterton, Mansergh, Middleton, Lupton, Hutton Roof, Preston Patrick). AKL is also published digitally in our archive in an innovative flipbook format that you can read from anywhere in the world.
We offer two options to advertisers: classified ads, which have an annual subscription and run in each issue; and full-colour display ads which are booked on an issue-by-issue basis. Classified ads start from just £48/annum with a FREE annual entry in our searchable online business directory. Display ads start from £45 for a quarter-A4-size slot in a single issue, although great-value multi-insertion advertising packages are also available.
