Cindy Clarke became a Body Control Pilates teacher in 2003. She trained in London with Lynne Robinson and Gordon Thomson, founders of Body Contol Pilates. Body Control Pilates is the leading provider of Pilates education in Britain and has an excellent reputation for providing top class training courses for teachers.
Cindy also regularly attends additional courses run by Body Control Pilates for its teachers to enhance and continue her knowledge and skills.
Body Control Pilates is particularly recommended for people with back pain and Cindy has additionally qualified as a Back4Good practitioner. This provides further experience in the field of low back pain and the training is endorsed by BackCare, the UK national charity for healthier backs.
