GETTING TO KNOW YOU
With a warm welcome to our showrooms one of the team will meet listen and discuss your requirements.

Spending time getting to know you and compiling a design brief based on your thoughts and ideas is a vital part of our process. We will give you genuine and complimentary advice which will be straightforward and practical, and together we will explore the available options.

Our aim is for you to feel complete confidence in our ability to design, supply and install the kitchen of your dreams at a realistic price, spending as much time as necessary to achieve your vision.

DESIGN
After spending time getting to know you and completing a thorough site survey, your designer will create a scheme that is sympathetic to your home and the way you live and work. We will tailor the design to your specific requirements, providing our experience and expertise throughout the process.

CONSTRUCTION
Once your design is finalised, your kitchen is built to order by our German partners Schüller. Six – eight weeks later everything is delivered to us directly from Germany. In the intervening period we pull together all the other products needed to fulfill the design, ensuring a smooth transition between inception and completion.

INSTALLATION
This is an exciting stage. Weeks of planning, designing and sourcing bring your project to life, turning your vision into a reality. Our skilled craftsman will install your kitchen to exacting standards creating the final result with care and attention to detail, respecting you and your property.

FINISHING TOUCHES
Our contact with you does not necessarily end with the installation. We are always on hand to walk through your new environment and show you how everything works and make sure you are completely happy with your new surroundings. Your kitchen has been a major investment so it’s important to us that you know we care about getting it right.
